History:
Roman was born to a woman who was thought to be a witch. Her magical energies were passed on to her son. But soon enough, after being bullied in his earlier years in school, Roman decided that he'd had enough. He studied harder, learning about robotics and becoming a genius in his own right. Combining that with his growing magical prowess and filling out into his body, Roman soon took his vengeance. He killed the bullies through a mix of magical and scientific means, never having it come back to him. It wasn't enough though. He wanted more, much more. He wanted the world. He is responsible for the formation of the super villain team the Death Row Dozen, though he is rarely seen with them.
