The Nest is the super secret base (location classified) of the peace keeping operation known as Eagle's Nest. Led by Nathan Hale, it is an organization of intelligence gatherers, scientists, tacticians and world leaders. They are tasked with controlling and coordinating all superhuman activity in the world. Eagle's Nest has secret bases all over the globe, but their head base is somewhere close to Sapphire City, considering that is where the superhuman activity started. The heirarchy is simple. Everyone reports to Hale. He reports to a council of three, though he's often in disagreement with that council. Below Hale are agents, spies, soldiers, pilots, scientists and pretty much anything else that could be imagined.
