Lit up like a beacon, even at night, Sapphire City is truly a beautiful place. The alien technology that helped to rebuild from the ashes didn't hurt in that respect. The buildings are cutting edge, made with the best of materials. The city center houses the main hospital, the police department headquarters, and City Hall.
