As the opening post of the site says, technology has advanced with the passage of decades. So here is a list of the technology, along with a brief description, that is available. This is by no means all encompassing, and will be updated as time passes on.
Weapons
Standard melee weapons. Some weapons have been modified to deal more damage. Energy daggers, vibrational blades, and more recently power knuckles. Energy daggers require an energy cell to work, and can create a blade of blue, purple, or gray in color. The blade is capable of shredding through metal with ease. Vibrational blades are just as deadly, and are typically used on swords or axes. The blade vibrates at such a high frequency that the eye cannot actually see it moving, which causes the blade to tear a bit more at its target. They require an energy cell to operate. Power knuckles are basically brass knuckle that increase the strength of the the blows of their wearer. They can be built into gauntlets or gloves, and require a smaller energy cell to use.
Standard bullet guns exist still, and are still the weapon of choice for the police forces around the world. Energy blasters do exist, but are not as reliable. Their range is just as long, and they pack more of a punch, but a backfire can be lethal. They require an energy cell for use. Each energy cell has enough power for 30 shots before it is depleted and must be replaced. Bows and crossbows are still as uncommon as ever, but are still used and just as if not more reliable than any other ranged weapon. Explosive quarrels, grapnel quarrels, and net quarrels are available for such archaic weaponry.
Energy cells are the power source for energy weaponry. They are relatively inexpensive, not much more than a case of bullets. They are also rechargeable, needing an hour to do so. Despite this, they lose their potency after five recharges and must be recycled or thrown away at that point.
Medical
Medical technology took a large leap with the discovery of nanites. It is a very complicated technology that few have mastered, and even fewer still use to it's full potential. To use nanites, one has to perform a surgical procedure. Nanites can heal almost any wound, short of limb dismemberment. They cannot bring a dead person back to life, however. Or maybe they can, and how just hasn't been discovered yet. Medical gel has been created. It is a gel that is applied to the wounded area, but it does little more than dull the pain the wound causes. It is however, a great tool for EMT's to help calm the wounded person while they provide first aid.
Full conversion cyborgs are a thing, and are fairly common. Gerard Drake is the foremost authority in the creation of them. They are advanced enough to look and act like humans, without the emotional capacity. There is, however one case of a full conversion cyborg with human emotion built it (B.O.T.), but that is alien technology and beyond human capabilities. Bionics are also a thing, and varied by body part. They are complicated to create, and must be keyed to the person's DNA, then installed through a surgical procedure.
Vehicles/Travel
Hovercars have been invented, but are extremely exclusive, with only the wealthiest of people able to afford them. The initial prototype was created as a joint effort between Drake Enterprises and Solomon Incorporated. They are powered by repulsor technology, and they hover a maximum of fifteen feet from the ground when driven. The same repulsor technology has been created for larger vehicles, such as flying aircraft carriers (the Thermopylae).
Teleportation, though also a superpower, has been researched enough that small teleportation devices have been built. They have a limited range (maximum 200 feet), and are easily breakable. They are however, small enough to fit on a person's belt. They are extremely expensive, costing as much and sometimes more than a luxury sedan.
