Rachelle is the kind of person who always thinks before she speaks. This is mostly because of her inability to tell a convincing lie. Such a limitation requires extreme amounts of tact, since sometimes the full truth cannot be told. So of course, if something less than the truth needs to be said she has to word her answers carefully. Or just be blunt, which ends up with people getting offended more often than not. Usually she finds it easier for all concerned if she stays quiet. This can lead some to think she is being standoffish, but that is far from the truth. She is a kind and caring individual who just wants to do her part to keep the people of Sapphire City safe.

Control over the elements water, lightning, and air (in order from strongest to weakest control).

Strong mental fortitude. Tact. Some training in hand to hand combat and firearms.

Rachelle has had her powers for as long as she could remember, but they grew in power considerably after the alien attacks. Luckily by then she'd developed decent control, but even now she sometimes has trouble. She's had to fend for herself since the attacks because her parents were killed during the event. Her older brother also disappeared that day, so she has assumed over the years that he was killed as well.
