History:
He doesn't remember his previous life. He was orphaned as a child, and ended up on the streets, fighting for his life constantly, falling in with gangs and generally just the wrong sorts. When he was left behind during a raid on a chemical plant, he was caught in an explosion that gave him his powers. He was taken in by Eagle's Nest and is now a member of the superhero team known as the Spartans.
